1. Definitions and Interpretation
In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:
- "jillis," "we," "us," "our" refers to the jillis platform and its operating entity, accessible at jillis.app.
- "Player," "you," "your" refers to any individual who registers an account on the jillis platform or accesses any jillis service.
- "Platform" refers to the jillis website, mobile-optimized interface, and all associated services, games, and features accessible at jillis.app.
- "Account" refers to the registered player account created on the jillis platform, denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).
- "Games" refers to all casino games, slot games, live dealer games, bingo, dice, Hi-Lo, and any other gaming products available on the jillis platform.
- "Funds" refers to PHP-denominated balances held in a player's jillis wallet, including deposited funds and bonus credits where applicable.
- "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit, free spin, cashback, or other incentive offered by jillis to players, subject to applicable bonus terms.
- "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body overseeing gaming operations in the Philippines.
References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
2. Eligibility and Account Registration
2.1 Age Requirement
The jillis platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older, in accordance with Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. jillis reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account where the age requirement cannot be verified.
2.2 Geographic Eligibility
The jillis platform is intended for use by players located in the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the jillis platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. jillis makes no representation that the platform is appropriate or available for use in locations outside the Philippines.
2.3 One Account Per Player
Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active jillis account. Creating multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any funds therein. If you believe a duplicate account has been created in error, contact jillis support immediately.
2.4 Registration Information
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your legal name, Philippine mobile number, and date of birth. You are obligated to update your account information promptly if any details change. jillis may verify the information you provide against third-party databases and reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any time.
2.5 Account Verification (KYC)
jillis operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued Philippine ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.
3. Account Security and Responsibility
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jillis account credentials, including your password and any one-time PINs (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. jillis will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your jillis account, whether or not authorized by you. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify jillis support immediately via live chat. jillis will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.
jillis implements industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption, two-factor authentication via OTP, and session monitoring. However, no security system is infallible, and jillis does not guarantee that the platform will be free from unauthorized access at all times.
4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
jillis accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). jillis does not accept deposits from third-party accounts – the payment method used for deposits must be registered in your name.
4.2 Minimum Deposit
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though enhanced due diligence may apply to large transactions in accordance with anti-money laundering obligations.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. Once verified, withdrawals to GCash and PayMaya are typically processed within minutes. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank may take up to one (1) business day. jillis reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending verification of account identity or transaction legitimacy.
4.4 No Conversion Fees
jillis does not charge currency conversion fees. All transactions are processed in PHP. Third-party payment providers may apply their own fees, which are outside jillis's control.
4.5 Dormant Accounts
An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. jillis reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts after providing reasonable notice to the registered mobile number. Players may reactivate dormant accounts by contacting jillis support.
5. Bonuses and Promotions
jillis offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum odds, and expiry periods, which are communicated at the time the bonus is offered. General bonus terms include:
- Bonuses are credited to your jillis account in PHP and are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
- Wagering requirements must be met within the specified validity period. Unused bonus funds expire at the end of the validity period.
- jillis reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
- Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
- jillis reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived from them if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts, using automated betting strategies, or exploiting technical errors.
- Players who have opted for self-exclusion are not eligible to receive or use bonuses during the exclusion period.
6. Game Rules and Fair Play
All games available on the jillis platform – including JILI slots, live casino games, bingo, dice, and Hi-Lo – operate according to their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules.
Random Number Generator (RNG) games on jillis use certified RNG systems to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by professional dealers in real time and are subject to the rules of the respective game as displayed on screen. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for slot games are published in the game information panels.
In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game, jillis will attempt to resolve the issue fairly based on available game state data. jillis's decision in such matters is final. jillis is not liable for losses resulting from internet connectivity issues on the player's side.
7. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jillis platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of funds:
- Registering more than one account or registering on behalf of another person.
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
- Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the platform or games.
- Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings derived from exploiting errors are void.
- Engaging in collusion with other players or with jillis employees.
- Attempting to launder money or use the platform for any illegal financial activity.
- Engaging in chargebacks or reversing legitimate transactions through your payment provider.
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing jillis staff or other players.
- Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.
8. Responsible Gaming

- Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps that the platform enforces automatically.
- Loss Limits: Cap the amount you can lose within a defined period.

9. Intellectual Property
All content on the jillis platform – including but not limited to the jillis name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, and software – is the intellectual property of jillis or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the jillis platform without prior written consent from jillis. Unauthorized use of jillis intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jillis shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.
jillis's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their jillis account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
jillis does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jillis makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the platform's fitness for a particular purpose.
11. Termination and Suspension
jillis reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
- Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
- Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal from a player's payment provider.
- Regulatory requirement or instruction from PAGCOR or any competent authority.
- Player request for self-exclusion or account closure.
Upon account closure, jillis will return any verified, non-bonus funds remaining in the account to the player's registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and any outstanding investigations. Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are forfeited upon account closure for breach of these Terms.
Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting jillis support via live chat. Voluntary closure requests are processed within two (2) business days.
12. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Before initiating formal legal proceedings, players are encouraged to contact jillis support to attempt an informal resolution. jillis will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within fifteen (15) business days of receiving a formal written complaint submitted via the support channel.
In the event of a dispute regarding game outcomes, jillis's game logs and server records shall constitute the primary evidence of the game result. These records are maintained for a minimum of twelve (12) months and are available to players upon written request.
13. Amendments
jillis reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the mobile number or email address on file, or by prominent notice on the jillis platform, at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of the jillis platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.
